Cryptocurrency Refunds
All refunds for orders paid with cryptocurrency will be issued to the same cryptocurrency payment address you used for the original purchase.
- Same Address: It’s important to note that we process refunds back to the exact wallet address from which the payment originated. This ensures security and traceability.
- No Fiat Conversions: dMarketplace doesn’t handle fiat (traditional currency) conversions. Your refund will be in the specific cryptocurrency you used for the purchase (e.g., if you paid with Bitcoin, you’ll be refunded in Bitcoin).
- Market Volatility: Due to the fluctuating nature of cryptocurrency markets, the fiat value of your refund might differ from the fiat value at the time of your original purchase. dMarketplace isn’t responsible for these market fluctuations.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by the vendor and processed by dMarketplace:
- We typically initiate the refund transaction within 24 working hours for both cancellations and returns (after the vendor confirms receipt and approval of the returned item).
- The time it takes for the funds to appear in your cryptocurrency wallet can vary. This depends on factors like blockchain network congestion and the processing times of your specific wallet provider.

You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. We recommend checking your cryptocurrency wallet regularly after receiving this confirmation.
