Cancellation Processing:
- Review and Action: Your cancellation request will be reviewed by the vendor.
- Timeline: Your order cancellation request will typically be processed and either approved or rejected within 24 working hours. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the vendor’s working hours and the complexity of the request.
- Confirmation: You will receive a notification regarding the status of your cancellation request (approved or rejected).
Refund Process for Approved Cancellations:
- Cryptocurrency Refund: If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to the same cryptocurrency payment address that you used to make the original payment.
- Refund Timeline: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your wallet may vary depending on blockchain network congestion and your wallet provider.
Important Considerations:
- Vendor Discretion: While we facilitate the cancellation process, the final decision to approve or reject a cancellation, especially outside the recommended 7-day window or after dispatch, rests with the individual vendor and the specific situation.
