Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re missing an item. Here are a couple of things to check first:
Your order may be arriving in multiple shipments. To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes send them from different warehouses in separate packages. Please check your shipping confirmation email to see if you have more than one tracking number.
Check the packing slip. The packing slip included with your delivery will show which items should be in that specific package.
If you have confirmed that all your shipments have been delivered according to your tracking links, and an item listed on the packing slip is missing from the box, please contact our customer support team.
